The six-story building is a truly luxurious resort including 79 one bedroom and 23 two bedroom Suites, a bar, a restaurant on the pool deck, a large swimming pool.  All suites are equipped with kitchens, satellite TV color and centralized air conditioning.  
The premises built in accordance to the most advanced technological standards in the industry include a sophisticated HAVC system and electrical back up generators.
The building structure designed to be both seismic and hurricane proof has been made of cast in situ concrete strongly reinforced following the most severe standard in engineering rules and recommendation.  
All window frames and glasses have been designed to survive to strong wind load up to 100 Mph, and the double glazed panels insure a high noise and thermal insulation.
The resort me chanical plants includes, among the other, a 100% back up electric generator, a sewage treatment plan, a swimming pool water treatment and hot water recirculation plant.
