A separate building begin built next to this house the 300 seats capacity auditorium.
The buildings mechanical plants include back up heating generator, close circuit TV system, alarm system and an automatic sprinkler system in the garage area.
Two covered staircases and a passenger lift complete the building plants.
The completion of the works is expected early on 2000.
