The recently completed seven story building, better known as The Bank Building, has been designed to satisfy both the residential and office need of International Bank Institutions.  The building, which also includes two below grade floors used as storage and car parking facilities, is presently houses the following institutions:

• WBRD, The World Bank,

• EBDR, The European Bank

• Societe General

• Cytibank

• Japanese Embassey

• Italian Trade Commission

• McGuireWood, Battle & Boothe law firm

The Building has been equipped with the most modern technological systems which include the electrical and heating back up generators, sprinkler system, TVCC system, satellite TV, phone system and data cable system.  The building among other amenities can count on 80-seats cafeteria including a kitchen and pastry service, a health club with sauna, a solarium and party area and a car washing area.  The HAVC system of modern conception was managed by a computer system that maintains constant temperature and humidity in the building throughout the seasons.
