WHITE TOWER BUILDING - Almaty, Karzakistan

Located in the heart of the business center of Almaty the five story building plus basement, recently completed, has been designed as an office building and a small shopping center and therefore includes some of the most advanced technologies in the field.  Back up heating generator is included in the mechanical plants in addition to specific systems.  The basement is used as car park facilities for the resident.  A large external parking area has been built to host the shopping center’s visitor up to 50 cars. A covered loading deck facilities in the back of the building will allow easy unload of goods for the ground floor located shops.
The shopping center, located at the ground floor of the building, has a total area of 540 sqmt and it has been built with the concept of “open area” in order to allow maximum flexibility in the lay out of custom needs.
